We’ll take a closer look at how your team operates – what’s working well and where there might be room for improvement. It’s all about understanding the unique dynamics.
  2. Creating a Game Plan
    Together, we’ll pinpoint what you want to achieve and when you want to achieve it. We’ll uncover what makes your team great and where there might be opportunities for growth. This is where we get real about what’s going well and what could use some attention. With our goals and challenges in mind, we’ll map out a plan of action. This might include team-building exercises, short workshops, or strategies for overcoming specific obstacles.
  3. Putting it into Practice
    Through our sessions together, your team will develop new skills and ways to work together better. It’s all about finding practical solutions that make a real difference in how you collaborate and communicate. As you start to implement our strategies, we’ll check in regularly to see how things are going. We’ll celebrate wins, address challenges, and tweak our approach as needed.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our coaching relationship. Your privacy is respected, and anything discussed during our sessions will remain strictly confidential. However, it’s important to note that this depends on the initial coaching agreement. In certain cases, such as when participating in a program or larger initiative, or if it makes sense for your manager to be involved, others may need to be aware of our discussions. Rest assured, confidentiality is always a priority, and nothing will be disclosed unless agreed upon beforehand. Your trust and comfort are my top priorities, and I’m here to ensure our coaching journey is as supportive and beneficial as possible.

Coaching sessions are possible both in-person and remotely. For in-person preferences, our team is flexible—we can meet you at your offices or a location of your preference.

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes unexpected events come up. That being said, since the sessions are longer than typical coaching sessions and time is precious for both of us, we will need to abide by our coaching agreement.
