About

Group coaching is like a roundtable discussion among colleagues, where everyone brings their unique experiences and ideas to the conversation. It’s a relaxed but focused setting where they can find support from others, share insights, and tackle challenges together.

By having engaging discussions and shared learning, they gain new perspectives, strategies, and encouragement from their peers. It’s a safe and supportive environment where colleagues come together to learn, grow, and achieve goals. It’s a supportive and collaborative space to exchange experiences.

Participants will be asked to bring an experience or challenging situation to share with the group for discussion.
Some examples of the topics that can be covered are:
– Change management
– Well-being and stress management
– Managing a team
– Conflict resolution

300/
session

Duration:
2 hours

Participants:
3-4 per session

Format Options:
In-person (preferred) or remote

Process:

  1. Getting Started
First things first, we’ll start with some introductions and an icebreaker to help participants feel comfortable and engaged. We’ll set the agenda for the session and clarify the purpose of the discussion.
  2. Sharing Experiences
Each participant will have the opportunity to share their experience or challenging situation with the group. This will be done in a structured format, and everyone will have a specific amount of time to speak. After each participant shares their experience, we’ll have a facilitated discussion. Participants could ask questions at this point, to really understand the challenge the other person is facing.
  3. Exploring Solutions
The group then collaborates to explore possible solutions, offer insights and provide support to each other to address the challenges that were shared. Participants will be encouraged to think about specific actions they can take to apply the insights they got from the discussion to their own situations. The session then ends with a reflection on key takeaways. The coach could then also share some resources to help the participants in following up with their action plans.

That’s the gist of it! It’s all about helping them become the best team they can be.

The duration can vary, as it depends on your own goals and what you want to achieve. Some make great progress in a few months, while others prefer a longer journey. Let’s chat about your goals and figure out what timeline works best for you.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our coaching relationship. Your privacy is respected, and anything discussed during our sessions will remain strictly confidential. However, it’s important to note that this depends on the initial coaching agreement. In certain cases, such as when participating in a program or larger initiative, or if it makes sense for your manager to be involved, others may need to be aware of our discussions. Rest assured, confidentiality is always a priority, and nothing will be disclosed unless agreed upon beforehand. Your trust and comfort are my top priorities, and I’m here to ensure our coaching journey is as supportive and beneficial as possible.

Coaching sessions are possible both in-person and remotely. For in-person preferences, our team is flexible—we can meet you at your offices or a location of your preference.

Life happens, and I understand that sometimes unexpected events come up. That being said, since the sessions are longer than typical 1:1 coaching sessions and time is precious for both of us, we will need to abide by our coaching agreement.
While I understand that unexpected events occur, consistent rescheduling can disrupt our progress. Let’s prioritize our sessions to ensure we make the most of our time together and stay focused on achieving your goals.

I’m all about customizing our sessions to fit your needs. We’ll start by deep diving into your goals, challenges, and aspirations. From there, I’ll create a coaching plan that’s as unique as you are, focusing on what matters most to you.
