With a background in Human Resources, specialising in Learning and Development in the iGaming industry, Liza has developed her skills in creating personalised learning programs and leadership initiatives. She is driven by a passion for helping others unlock their potential.
Holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Malta and a Master’s in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership from Dublin City University, she uses her understanding of human behavior to help people and teams grow and succeed. Certified as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and life coach, she uses a mix of theory and interactive learning methods to create training and coaching experiences that participants will remember.

Andrew’s experience goes beyond just managing projects; he also focuses on Programme and Portfolio management, Process Mapping, Organisational Change, and Risk Management. He’s passionate about quality, supported by his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Andrew has a talent for leading teams horizontally and delivering results in dynamic environments.
