Sessions are led by certified professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields. We prioritize trainers who are skilled, knowledgeable, and engaging.
For training and workshops over 2 hours, cancellations made 6-8 weeks prior to the session will receive a 60% refund on the deposit, 4-6 weeks prior will receive a 40% refund, and 2-4 weeks prior will receive a 20% refund. No refunds are available if the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the session. For coaching and shorter sessions, repeated cancellations may result in service refusal.
For training sessions and workshops over 2 hours, a 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due within one month after the session.
For coaching or sessions of 2 hours or less, full payment is required by the end of the day of the session. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
Once a session is delivered, no refunds are provided. We encourage clients to ensure their availability and commitment before confirming any bookings.
